Keeping the contents clean, fresh, and safe is our primary function. Our packages have features, which add convenience in distribution, handling, display, sale, opening, re closing, use and reuse. We take special measures to protect them from conditions like vibrations, temperature and compression and to avoid any kind of harm occurred during the transportation of products within India and overseas.

Customized Packaging
Mother Herbs is specialized for Customized packaging commonly called as Private labeling of Herbal products using flyer's, hang tags, specific carrier bags in various colors, designs and types, ribbons, printed stickers on white gloss, semi gloss, plane papers of specified grams paper, option of foiling, catalog brochures and small retail packing as per the demand and specification of the clients. We can pack particular materials in customized bottles, bags, cartons, master cartons with and without printing as per clients specifications. We have regular arrangements with many reputed printing press', bottle, box, poly, HDPE, drums and cartons makers.

We employ people who are specialized in customized printing and packing. From short runs of hand made boxes to long runs of hand made or machine made boxes, we give you the product according to your specification, using either a wide range of existing papers, or printed papers of your design. Mother Herbs buys packing materials from all over Delhi, NOIDA and Mumbai and does intensive selection of manufacturers to provide the customer with high quality product.

Mother Herbs Packing Range
Mother Herbs has the flexibility and expertise to provide packaging services for products of all sizes. We carry an impressive line of packaging to present your products in, based on the specific client requirements.

Cartons of varied shape and sizes. We use cartons of 3 ply, 5 ply, 7ply based upon the quantity and weight of the product to be put in. We use specialized cartons Wrap-type carton, Corrugated boxes. Folding cartons made of specific materials like Corrugated cardboard, Paperboard having printing possibilities of 2 color flexographic, 2 color lithographic laminate, 4 color lithographic laminate, full color or craft color printing on good quality paperboard that gives specific style to the packed product. The various shapes, sizes, design, surface finishes and Sanforized of the boxes can be used according to customer's requirements. Cartons can be got made in craft or semi-craft paper depending on the weight and customer's requirement.

HDPE Bags for carrying voluminous material that assists in adjustment of the volume according to the space available. These bags are harder and more opaque and can withstand somewhat higher temperatures (120 °C for short periods, 110 °C continuously).

We can use Bale packing to reduce the volume of the natural voluminous materials like Senna leaves, Andographis, Bacopa Monniera, Centella Asiatica, Eclipta etc.

For powdered and Grounded material and extract we use 200 gauge low-density poly bags of Pharmaceutical grade that keeps the product clean, hygienic and avoid the risk of catching moisture. These poly bags are further packed in HDPE plastic drums or Hardboard cartons of 7 ply depending on the nature and costs of the material.

Polywrapping – is an automated process of 'wrapping' an item into clear or printed polythene film. Polythene is fed from reels under and around a product. We do Polywrapping in a way that the two edges are brought together, heat sealed together and crop sealed at the top and bottom to create a ‘pack’. Mother Herbs has a specialized Polywrapping unit. We have chosen this mode of wrapping for our product because it is an ideal way of mailing the heavier mail pack and is more effective and secure than using paper envelopes. To guarantee design integrity and quality, our machines are fitted with "tight wrap" and film registration units

Strapping – All cartons above minimum size are duly strapped with HD ropes duly locked with metals clamps for additional strength, easy handling and durability.

Packing Machinery
In order to do automated packaging we have Automated pack machines, Cup filler- which are controlled by a servomotor. Features include stainless-steel gearbox to protect from corrosion and ability to run nonstop 24/7.

AFFS (Automated Form Fill and Seal) commonly called as Weighing Automated Sealer has large metal body and can absorb more heat. This unit has an additional timer to hold down the arm for cooling and eliminating manual holding down of the sealing arm. Sealing machine of this type also have wider sealing ribbons and give rise to a wider seal width that saves the time and labor for packaging and fasten the process of packaging.

Taping Machine - can do both horizontal and vertical banding. Successful development and manufacture of this machine has completely changed the current traditional method of binding finished packed product clumsily and slowly by hand and realized binding product full-automatically and quickly with paper tape. With such characteristics as easy operation, artistic and firm binding, high efficiency and low cost it has got wide applications in packaging in Mother Herbs.
